Our Commitment to Redress
The Grievance and Redress Mechanism (GRM) is designed to resolve issues efficiently and without any cost or fear of reprisal for the complainant. We recognize that large-scale infrastructure can impact local livelihoods, water access, and land use; our goal is to address these issues through dialogue and mediation before they escalate.
Common Areas for Grievance:
- Environmental Concerns: Dust, noise, or changes in local water flow/quality.
- Land & Property: Issues regarding land acquisition, crop damage, or compensation.
- Safety & Conduct: Concerns regarding construction vehicle traffic or the behavior of project workers.
- Labor & Employment: Disputes involving local hiring or working conditions.
How the Process Works
- Submission: You submit your concern through any of the contact channels below.

- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your grievance within 3 to 5 business days.
- Assessment: Our Community Liaison Officer (CLO) will investigate the claim to determine its validity and scope.
- Resolution: We propose a solution or mitigation plan. For complex issues, we may involve local community leaders or independent mediators.
- Closing: Once a solution is agreed upon and implemented, the case is officially closed with your sign-off.
